About Me

I love to help others, especially in relationships. My mission is encouraging others to be people of love and grace, first in their homes and families. This starts with me and my family. Daily, I seek the Lord to give me the love and grace I need to love my husband and three adult children.

I have a B.A. in Education and a Masters Degree in Psychology. I have continued my education with Professional Christian Coach Institute to become a certified coach. Currently, I work as a Marriage Coach for Focus on the Family Hope Restored Marriage Intensives helping couples apply the insights and skills gained once they return home from a marriage intensive.
